Texas Longhorn meat is not only packed with flavour, it is also known to be leaner, lower in saturated fats, and lower in cholesterol content compared to most other breeds. Meaning more meat and less fat per ounce.

Longhorn meat is lean and high in protein. This particular breed is less picky when it comes to grazing and foraging. They eat a wider range of grasses, plants, and weeds which contributes to an enhanced flavour profile like no other.

Our lambs are a mix of the Katadhin, Black Belly, Dorper, and St. Croix breeds.
